Trauma 101 An overview of trauma and how it affects the brain, our survival reactions and how to build resiliency.

Increasing Quality of Life An interactive training incorporating the 8 dimensions of wellness and finding internal motivators to help others improve their quality of life. 3 hours 2x/year

MAPs and PATHs An interactive course on facilitating a MAP (Making Action Plan) and a PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope). These are person-centered planning tools to help people create an action plan to help reach their dreams. 2 days 2x/year

Children’s Mental Health First Aid Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. 1 day 2x/year
