Anger Management for Youth

This interactive training is for youth and adolescents. Participants will learn strategies to identify emotional triggers and coping methods that can be practiced anywhere.

After attending you will be able to:

  • Identify what it feels like to be angry
  • Discuss stress reduction tactics
  • Practice relaxation strategies such as progressive muscle relaxation
